How can I update my site?

Almost all of the sites we design come with a Content Management System (CMS) built in. This means you will have an administration area you can log into to make updates and changes to your site. Typically, we use the popular Wordpress platform. This platform is easy to use and is one of the industry standard CMS platforms.

If you would like, we can update and maintain your website for you. We can include a maintenance plan in your package.


How long does it take to have a web site designed?

What format should I provide text and images to you for my site?

You can send us text and images for your new website via email. For text, you may either type the text into the message itself or attach a word document with the text typed out. As long as the text is in digital form, we can work with it. We can’t use scans of handwritten notes. To send us images, simply attached the image to an email. Acceptable image formats are JPEG, PNG, and GIF.

What type of content should go on my site?

For most contracts, we require an up front deposit to begin work. Usually, the deposit is 50% of the total contract price. This deposit will begin work on your project and secure our services. Once you project is complete, we will invoice the remainder of the balance.
